James “Mark” Ulmer spent his early years in south west Tennessee near Memphis.  His dad was an airline service agent and his mom a substitute teacher.  He attended high school in Titusville, Florida near Cape Canaveral.  Mark graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando where he studied business and finance.

He brings to Watson Realty Corp, fifteen years of experience as a buyer for a major local distributor. He has over six years experience in both residential and commercial real estate and is constantly a top producer in the local office. Through his experience he has become skilled in working well with many different participants to bring about the desired result in a timely manner.  He is focused on delivering the most value for those that employ his services through dedication, hard work and skilled negotiation.  He will bring calm and confidence to your buying or selling needs. 

Mark and his wife Karen have been residents of Gainesville since 1997. His hobbies include fishing and reading books. His two favorite authors are Malcolm Gladwell and Michael Lewis.
